Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Standard Shipping to UK: Typically takes 7–10 business days (depending on your location).

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. SafeBump™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at infosafebump@yahoo.com. We will do our best to correct it if the package has not yet been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages SafeBump™ is not liable for any packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking states delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
